Hangover Coffee

Usage

We’ve all been there before – had a great night but pushed the boat out too far. When you wake with a hangover you need caffeine, a little sugar and rehydration. The below coffee was adapted from a recipe on Jamie Oliver’s website and will work a treat to bring you back into the land of the living! I’ve used our Lean Caffeine Bulletproof Nespresso Capsules to reduce the fuss (the last thing you want when you have a hangover is to make a pot of coffee!).

Method

1. Add the following ingredients to your Ninja/Nutribullet blender and blend up: a. 75ml of Lean Caffeine Bulletproof Nespresso Capsule coffee b. 1 Frozen Banana (or a room temp one with a few ice cubes added) c. 125ml Coconut Water (electrolytes and rehydration magic) d. 1 teaspoon ground almonds e. 1 tablespoon chia seeds f. 1 tablespoon of honey (this is optional, but honey is great for a hangover as it restores your depleted glycogen) 2. Pour out into large coffee mug and enjoy!
