If you want to shred fat and become a fat burning machine – the best way I know how (in addition to replacing your breakfast with a Bulletproof coffee) is to naturally boost your Human Growth Hormone (HGH).

Your levels of HGH decline rapidly as you get older so anything you can do to boost them back up will give you more muscle, less fat, stronger bones and reduced risk of heart disease, better mood, and better sleep!

The best ways I know to boost your HGH naturally is as follows:

1. Supplement with 2000mg (2g) of  L-Glutamine daily and especially at least 60-90 minutes before intense exercise.
2. Practice High Intensity Interval Training at least 2-3 times per week. Doing this in combination with L-Glutamine can boost your HGH naturally by up to 400%!
3. Get a good nights sleep.
4. Optimise your Vitamin D levels (I recommend the better you Vitamin D/K3 spray)
