Two Changes For A Better Sleep

I’ve been constantly looking for the best way to have a deep sound sleep as this is the foundation of everything else health wise.

The 2 things I do daily to get better sleep are simple and inexpensive:

1. Around 2pm every day I step two strands of high quality saffron in boiling water for 5 minutes, strain and drink watered down with a little more water. I originally bought some Spanish Coupe saffron online but was lucky enough recently to have a friend who visited Iran. Buy a top quality saffron and you won’t look back. It’s a great spice that will give you an improved mood and better sleep. Just discuss first with your doctor if you are on any antidepressants, or suffer from manic depression. 2 strands is strong enough to give you the effects without blowing you away. Don’t go
above this as too much can have adverse affects like headaches and nausea.

2. 10 sprays of magnesium spray massaged into your skin before bed. I now use a high strength version that I bought on Amazon. At the start your skin can tingle/burn as you get used to it. Magnesium is great for sleep and most of us are not getting enough in our diets alone.
