Method 1 (Techno)
- Make up Lean Caffeine Nicaragua Coffee as per Quiet Coffee instructions (your chosen method)
- Add made up Coffee, 1 Tablespoon of C8 MCT Oil, and 1 Tablespoon of Ghee or Grass Fed Butter to either a Milk Frother (such as the Dualit 84135 Milk Frother) or a Blender (Ninja or Nutrabullet work well) and froth or blend the contents. Note – You can also add 1 teaspoon of Clean and Pure Collagen and/or Clean and Pure Bone Broth Powder to the mix before blending to give you some added muscle building protein.
- Pour out into your mug and drink down greedily!
- Wait a few minutes for the energy levels to skyrocket before beginning your workout. You will power through with ease.
Method 2 (Hardcore House)
- Replace the Lean Caffeine Nicaragua Coffee with Lean Caffeine King Hit Extra Strong Maximum Caffeine.
- Follow steps 2-3 above
