Lean Caffeine - 27 Mar 2020

Pre-Workout Coffee (AKA Bulletproof Coffee)

Usage

The pre workout coffee is ideal when you want to wring every ounce of effort from your workout. It will boost your energy sky high and leave you with reserves to blitz any workout. Want to lift more weight? Want to go harder on your HIIT workout? Well the Pre-Workout Coffee is for you.

Method 1 (Techno)

  1. Make up Lean Caffeine Nicaragua Coffee as per Quiet Coffee instructions (your chosen method)
  2. Add made up Coffee, 1 Tablespoon of C8 MCT Oil, and 1 Tablespoon of Ghee or Grass Fed Butter to either a Milk Frother (such as the Dualit 84135 Milk Frother) or a Blender (Ninja or Nutrabullet work well) and froth or blend the contents. Note – You can also add 1 teaspoon of Clean and Pure Collagen and/or Clean and Pure Bone Broth Powder to the mix before blending to give you some added muscle building protein.
  3. Pour out into your mug and drink down greedily!
  4. Wait a few minutes for the energy levels to skyrocket before beginning your workout. You will power through with ease.

Method 2 (Hardcore House)

  1. Replace the Lean Caffeine Nicaragua Coffee with Lean Caffeine King Hit Extra Strong Maximum Caffeine.
  2. Follow steps 2-3 above
  3. Wait a few minutes for the super high caffeine energy levels to course through your veins. You will literally be able to run through walls! WARNING – Definitely not for the faint hearted or those that can’t handle high caffeine beverages!
