Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours, by our dedicated team of packers. All orders are packed with care using air bags and bubble wrap where appropriate.

Please note that we only process orders Monday – Friday and therefore bank holidays can cause slight delays in despatch so please be patient at these times. There can also be a slight delay during extremely busy periods especially in the run up to Christmas but most orders will be despatched within a few days.

A signature is required for delivery and the courier will not leave your parcel unless it has been signed for. If you are not at home an advice card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local post office or depot.

Any customs and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer to check before and pay their end.

We cannot accept orders to BFPO addresses.

Delivery Costs

For UK Orders under 15kg in weight :

  • FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING FOR UK ORDERS £50+ IN VALUE.
  • If order less than £50 – UK Economy Shipping (5-7) Days: £5.99
  • UK Express Shipping (2-3 Working days excludes public holidays and weekends): £14.00

For UK Orders above 15kg and international orders postage will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged during transit we will replace all damaged items without question, just send us a photo of the damaged items as soon as you can after receiving delivery and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

If you have changed your mind then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund.  You will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods. Please note that refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 14 working days for this process.

All shipping back to Lean Caffeine is to be paid for by the customer.  We recommend that your carrier provides you with ‘proof of delivery’ as Lean Caffeine cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after the delivery of your goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) to; –

You may use the attached model cancellation form, (below), to cancel, but it is not obligatory.

If you do cancel, YOU will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend that your carrier provides you with ‘proof of delivery’ as Lean Caffeine cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you; e.g. opening or damaging the original packaging or using the product.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than: (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

*We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

To return please send goods back, to the address above, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your cancellation from this contract.  The deadline is met if you send back the goods before 14 days have expired.
