Celebrities who Practice Intermittent FastingTerry Crews
Terry was one of the first celebrities to practice intermittent fasting. He eats within an 8 hour window with his first meal around 2 p.m. and he'll eat as he likes until 10 p.m. He has coffee and/or tea while he is fasting, but that's about it.
Hugh Jackman
Fellow Aussie Hugh Jackman who played Wolverine was also one of the first celebrities to practice intermittent fasting. He also follows the 16:8 fasting regime (fast for 16 hours and eat within an 8 hour window).
Beyoncé
Beyoncé has never confirmed she practices intermittent fasting, but several sources say she does. I can imagine millions would convert to this practice if she came out and confirmed it!
Justin Theroux
Justin follows a slightly different regime. His personal trainer has him only eating between 7 am and 7 pm a few weeks at a time. So he does a 12 hour fast occasionally.
Nicole Kidman
As with Beyonce – Nicole has never confirmed openly that she practices intermittent fasting. It is rumoured she follows the 16:8 IF protocol. When she does eat she sticks with lean protein and vegetables.
Jennifer Lopez
J.Lo is another rumoured intermittent fasting convert. She reportedly only eats within an 8 hour window each day so is another 16:8 IF devotee.
Miranda Kerr
Miranda has been rumoured to practice IF since it first became popular. Strange how none of the female celebrities ever admit to following an IF regime!
Benedict Cumberbatch
Benedict follows the 5:2 diet, which means two days a week he eats 500 calories or fewer. The other five days he is much less restricted.
