Link Your Health & Wellbeing Goals to Your Highest Values

I'm reading a great book at the moment by Dr John Demartini called - "The Values Factor". I can hand on heart recommend it for the great content it contains.
One of the most important messages in the book is this:
If you want to reach your goals you need to link them to your highest values otherwise you are destined for failure.
Go back and re-read that sentence again until you have fully absorbed it.
So the first step naturally is to determine your highest values which you can do so at Dr Demartini's site - http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=MARpj&m=mOeCkdfoo6icE4Y&b=DpDlUuFFz5DryauiUQeVTg
The last step is to link your health and wellbeing goals to your highest values by simply questioning how they align to your highest values.
As a very simple example let's say your highest values are looking after your family. To link your health and wellbeing goals to this value you could write down the ways in which this would help you look after your family. For example you would have more energy to play with your kids, you will be around longer in life to take care of them etc.
It's a deceptively simple concept that when grasped can literally change your life.
